Automated Manufacturing

Powered by our broad experiences in manufacturing and exceptional proficiency in project management, which help us to co-operate with partners while handling such as automated facemask manufacturing project in a professional and legitimate manner. The workshop is equipped with a level 8 cleanroom on the classification scale for air cleanliness by particle concentration (ISO Standard 14644-1). Our system control meets EN 14683 2019 standard for surgical masks manufacturing, and the masks quality meets the highest USA ASTM Level 3 and Europe CE Standard. Accumulated output 150,000,000 pieces of face masks.

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System

We developed and applied the automated optical inpsection system to ensure the quality of products and improve tracbility while manufacturing.

Wearable Athlete Logging Solution

The Server based tracking and athlete logging, using LoRa WAN, GPS and Wearable Technologies.
